What we hold
The photo, first name, caption and date. Stripe handles card details and buyer details, and we don't see full card numbers.
Why
To run the booking you asked for (contract) and to show the picture because the person in it agreed (consent). They can withdraw at any time: before the day with their link, then with their link or the button beside the picture.
How long
Once it has run, the photo, name and caption stay in the public gallery until the person withdraws. They're deleted as soon as a booking is declined, unanswered, rejected or removed. Date and payment records are kept for our accounts.
Who else sees it
Everyone who visits sees the picture, on the day and afterwards in the gallery, and may screenshot or share it. Cloudflare hosts the site and photos, and Stripe takes payments. Brand West's own visitor counter records visits to the public pages.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you, and can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
